Job Description
Responsibilities
- Commissions and repairs industrial refrigeration plants and equipment, utilizing knowledge of mechanics and electronics with standard test instruments and hand tools
- Troubleshoot and assess industrial refrigeration plant conditions
- Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and the necessary documentation of the customers equipment and systems status
- Document completed work timely, clear and concise in-service reports
- Support and promote the service sales activities where necessary and requested
- Ensure compliance with the KTI safety standards and adhere to all international applicable industry standards and requirements
- Support and train customers on the KTI system operation at site or remotely
