We are a leading global healthcare company. We offer an opportunity for a Remote Service Engineer to support hospital patient monitoring and ultrasound devices based in the Philippines. The role reports to the Service Delivery Team Leader in Singapore, with a dotted line to the Australia Service Delivery Team Leader.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing inbound calls from customers and remotely accessing systems to provide initial diagnosis of patient monitoring systems and devices.
• Creating cases for customer calls and verifying contract entitlements.
• Proactively monitoring systems to achieve zero downtime.
• Booking site visits and ordering parts when remote diagnosis is not possible and ensuring first‑time fix.
• Confirming parts availability, processing orders, and updating field engineers on delivery.
