Job Description
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of laser texturing and cutting machines
- Execution of retrofits, upgrades, and machine conversions
- Identification and implementation of optimization opportunities in close collaboration with Development and 2nd Level Support
- Professional handling, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation of service cases
- Support in creating, reviewing, and improving technical documentation and process procedures
- Occasional assistance with trade fair setup and dismantling activities
- Ensuring full compliance with Advanced Manufacturing safety standards, including particle emissions, laser radiation, contamination control, gas handling, and explosion prevention
- Participation in additional functional responsibilities based on expertise and business requirements (e.g., internal training, quality initiatives, or special technical projects — approximately 10% of working time) ...
