Job Description

What you will do

Travel to customer sites

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations

Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes

Train customer operators (if required)

Support production plant efficiency

Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development and growth

Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards

Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery

Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Follow all safety protocols in accordance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

Write a site visit report on completion of the work
