job description Responsible for the services work on products as well as systems within the organization and possible support overseas clients Resolving servicing issues, identify spare parts, carry out repairs (e.g. mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, control technology, pneumatic.) Carry out preventive servicing in accordance to servicing list Identify needed spare parts, confirm and arrange on order with customers. Provide interim solutions with in-house service and management as well as discuss with customer. Ensure documentation on service application done. Implement documentation on introduction and installation feedback in accordance to quality management.
