As a Service Engineer, you will assist in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various coordinate measuring machines (CMM), machine tools, and accessories. Your role will involve identifying, analyzing, and repairing failures, ordering, and replacing parts as needed, and providing customer training.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with the installation and maintenance of machines, including diagnosis, repairs, troubleshooting, certifications, and re-calibration at customer sites to meet factory specifications and accuracy standards.
+ Respond to basic customer questions about product features.
+ Support service calls to customer sites to resolve issues with company products, diagnose and correct basic problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Provide technical support to other service representatives and customers.
