We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Engineer to support our growing operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as structured training and guidance will be provided.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate test and measurement equipment Provide technical support to customers and channel partners Perform on-site service and calibration (Including overseas assignments when required) Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) processes Support inventory management and procurement of spare parts Perform calibration in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards
