Job Descriptions
- To install and commission instruments sold by the company at customer site.
- To provide training on the use on instruments sold by the company.
- To respond to customers request for technical support assistance.
- To liaise with manufacturers to resolve instruments issues.
- To perform all technical support work to customers as required by the management
- Setting up new machinery or software and conducting initial tests to ensure functionality
