Job Description: Coordinate with local / overseas dealers / customers in the installation, technical and service requirement (Countries in South East Asia) Coordinate with dealers / customers in issues of product complaint / feedback Support onsite / remotely to dealers / customers in regard to IT related installation, technical and services Be responsible for spare parts inventory management Be responsible for providing technical training to dealers / customers Other duties as assigned in accordance with business demands Specialized in Engineering - Electrical / Mechanical / IT or equivalent
