Service Executive
Requirement
- To observes and evaluates workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
- To issue daily tasks to workshop staff and ensure that tasks are completed in timely and professional manner.
- To assist in overseeing the fiscal discipline of the department.
- To ensure that all staff have clear and understanding of what is required in job profiles and related responsibilities.
- To monitor and analysis of workshop tools and equipments requirements.
- To ensure that any tools and equipment used should always be in good working order.
- To ensure accurate completion of Machine Repair Record.
- To check all workshop equipment have been serviced and repaired.
