  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness or spa operations in a hotel environment, with solid understanding of related workflows.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and customerservice skills; capable of independently resolving guest issues.

  • CPR or relevant fitness/spa professional certifications are preferred.
