Service Line Manager, Demolition, Decommissioning & Abandonment (St. Albert)

Job Overview

FLINT is growing its Decommissioning, Demolition & Abandonment (DDA) services within the Environmental Services division and is seeking a Service Line Manager to lead and expand this practice. This role is suited for a proven operational and technical leader with strong business acumen and deep experience in asset retirement, abandonment, and site transition programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Decommissioning, Demolition & Abandonment service line, ensuring strong operational performance, financial sustainability, and high‑quality project delivery.
• Steward execution of complex DDA programs including well and facility abandonment coordination, demolition, site transitions, and integration with assessment, remediation and reclamation activities.
