The Role
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Centre at our Weatherill Park site and deliver outstanding support to our customers. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Service Centre Operations
+ Manage the day-to-day running of the service centre
+ Schedule and oversee repairs, servicing, and maintenance of equipment
+ Diagnose and coordinate repairs for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine issues
+ Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time
+ Handle parts ordering, job invoicing, and service records
+ Prepare service reports, quotes, and warranty claims
+ Respond to urgent repair requests when needed
+ Build strong relationships with customers and dealers
