Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an inspirational and customer-centric people leader who is committed to exceptional service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in leading our service team and ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction. 

The ideal candidate will be a practical individual with a strong background in service management within the earthmoving, mining or heavy equipment industry, with a passion for driving a positive work environment. You will manage the overall performance, and profitability of the service department championing Komatsu’s expected standard of working.
