BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Service Manager Plant & Equipment to be based in Wellingborough. Leading a team within Hire Operations, the role will oversee all day-to-day operational activities of a busy workshop internally and externally. Working within the Hire Operations Team to continually improve our safety, systems, processes and provide continued training and product knowledge. Continue to drive our endeavour for excellence in customer service and support our growing client and site portfolio.

Making Possible

* Lead, motivate and develop the Service Network team, delivering daily briefings to maximise performance and efficiency.

* Build and maintain strong customer and supply chain relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.

* Manage service schedules for plant across depots and customer sites, ensuring inspections, servicing and compliance requirements are met.
