Job Description

We are searching for a talented professional in Finance and Business Intelligence. As our Service Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in the next phase of our growth – directing our Managed Services Operations (MSO) Team. Candidates will possess the following:
The ability to lead a team of client support associates using positive leadership practices and coaching/mentoring skills
The creativity to develop both the conceptual framework and detailed design for complex business intelligence solutions
The desire to develop excellent client, partner and industry relations utilizing superior communication skills
The drive to ensure the efficient and timely completion of our client’s financial close, FP&A and reporting processes utilizing excellent time management and organizational skills
