How You Will Contribute · Drive project management and coordination cross functionally with Service Operations teams, external global partners, and engineering groups to resolve complex process issues.
· Partner closely with Ciena Engineering teams to deliver service enablement, New Product Introduction (NPI) , service ramp, and continuous process improvement projects in the area of Service Operations.
