A leading HVAC mechanical services contractor is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Supervisor to oversee day-to-day service operations across a busy and fast-paced HVAC division. The role is predominantly office-based, with regular site visits to support field teams, ensure quality control, and assist with technical delivery on the ground.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role is suited to an individual with strong HVAC technical knowledge and proven management experience, who enjoys leading teams, coordinating service delivery, and maintaining high standards across both planned and reactive maintenance environments.
