Service Support Engineer (Hotline)

We are looking to strengthen our team at our site in Malacca

• 1st Level Technical Remote Troubleshooting
• Support Service arrangement for new Project
• Support Service arrangement for new Maintenance
• Technical related hotline support
• Support Service arrangement to carry out training
• Provide guidance and views in support of opportunities for new work streams
• Review and verification of technical reports
• Other tasks assigned by superior
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferable experienced in semiconductor machinery servicing environment(die sorter, pick & place process, vision inspection, robot handling)
• Fulfill customer service support requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Adhere to instructions and guidance provided by team leaders and supervisors.
