Job Description

We have opportunities at our Eastern Creek branch for a Mobile Plant Mechanic known internally as a Service Technician (Field).
This field-based will see you working on a range of Vermeer Equipment and will entail general service and repairs to major overhauls and new machine assembly. 
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Service Technician you will:
Diagnose, inspect, repair, and service heavy diesel equipment and machinery
Perform engine overhauls, hydraulic and electrical system repairs, and general maintenance tasks
Accurately document work completed, including parts used, time taken, and fluids consumed
Interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company procedures
Provide professional and customer-focused service, identifying and communicating solutions
