Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with 14+ years of experience and deep expertise in ITSM, CSM, Domain Separation, Case and Incident Management, ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Transform Maps, Import Sets, Integrations, and enterprise platform architecture. The candidate should have led multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations, designed multi-domain solutions, established CMDB governance, and architected scalable service management processes across global organizations.
Work Schedule: US Shift
Standard Hours: 8:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST
During US Daylight Saving Time (March–November): 7:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST
