ServiceNow Business Analyst (Middle/Senior)

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements related to ServiceNow HRSD enhancements and initiatives (e.g., HR Case & Knowledge, Employee Center, HR services, lifecycle events).
• Translate HR and business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions aligned with best practices and organizational goals.
• Lead workshops and meetings with HR and business stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow HRSD configurations and customizations to ensure quality and reliability.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and the product team.
