Servicenow Developer

In this role, you will:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions using an OOTB‑first approach
• Improve and maintain CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality
• Support CSDM alignment across service models and service portfolios
• Build and enhance custom applications, flows, UI policies, and automations
• Develop and support integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Server
• Enable and support AI features in accordance with governance and security standards
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
