Job Description
Job Requirements*
3 to 8 Years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong proficiency in integration and flow design. Should have exposure to catalogue creation.
Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.
Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with the development and maintenance of integrations using various protocols such as REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC
Key Responsibilities*
Develop ServiceNow integration with SharePoint
Create catalogue items
Create Flow designs

Good communication skills

Documentation and knowledge sharing
Education Requirements
Bachelor's/master’s in computer science or equivalent (can be marked optional or flexible)
