ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture. Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration. Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. Experience designing large-scale, multi-instance ServiceNow environments. Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. TOGAF Certification. Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience in Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments.
