- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow functional consulting/business analysis roles.
- Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Case Management module.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and frameworks.
- Proven business analysis and requirement gathering experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship management skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and solution consulting.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
