ServiceNow Developer Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience with technical ServiceNow components such as: business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, reports, etc.
Experience with working or developing in the following programming languages: HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript API, Client and Server-side Scripting, ServiceNow API's, Web Services
Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript-Angular JS, XML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, SOAP, REST etc. Proficiency with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, HR Service Delivery, HR Case Management, Flow designer, Advanced Work Assignment, Service Portal, Knowledge, Agent Workspace etc.
Experience administering, configuring, developing, and customizing ServiceNow and related integrations
Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience applying ITIL guidance to IT service
