ServiceNow HRSD Specialist — Flexible Hours & Global Travel

Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide 1st–3rd level support for ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Configure and develop HRSD functionality, including workflows, forms, portals, and case logic.
• Implement enhancements and change requests based on requirements from the Product Owner.
• Support testing, releases, and ongoing improvements to the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Support and contribute to the implementation of the HRSD module in new countries and markets, including configuration, localization, testing, and coordination with the Product Owner.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior ServiceNow HRSD Specialist to follow standards and expand technical expertise.

To Qualify for the Role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and/or HRSD modules (prior HRSD module experience a plus – otherwise, we will help upskill you)
