ServiceNow ITAM Developer (SAM Pro & HAM Pro)

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM , including SAM Pro and HAM Pro .
• Strong knowledge of Software & Hardware Asset Management , normalization, reconciliation, and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with GlideRecord, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and Scripted REST APIs .
• Good understanding of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Asset-CI synchronization , and update set migration.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and working in Agile environments.
• Certifications such as CSA, CIS-SAM, or CIS-HAM are preferred
