We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 6+ years of hands‑on development experience to design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The role involves deep platform customization, integrations, and collaboration with global stakeholders to deliver scalable and high‑quality ITSM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules :
- Develop and maintain:
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
- Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications
- Workflows & Flow Designer
- Implement and maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices
- Build and support REST/SOAP integrations , MID Server configurations
