Overview
As a Technology Services Portfolio Manager at Mitel, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our services portfolio. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of complex technology services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology services portfolio, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and financial plans.
- Prioritize and allocate resources to maximize portfolio value and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and service delivery teams.
