Seton Education Partners seeks a mission-driven, highly organized, and results-oriented individual to serve as an Operations Coordinator for the Seton Teaching Fellows program. The Seton Teaching Fellows’ Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing the mission of Seton Teaching Fellows by translating vision into action across high-priority, cross-functional initiatives. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all teams and functions related to Seton Teaching Fellows. Working closely with all team members and partner schools and programs, this role leads projects that strengthen our formation, operations, and growth as a national apostolate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationally attuned, and energized by bringing clarity, momentum, and excellence to the mission of Seton Education Partners and the Fellows called to teach within it.
