Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor daily settlement operations for e-wallet and MSB services, including top-ups, withdrawals, FX conversions, and remittance transactions.
• Monitor trust, treasury, and other relevant bank account balances, ensuring sufficient funds for intraday operations and settlement obligations.
• Perform daily reconciliations between: cardholder wallet balances (back-office system) and trust bank / trustee accounts; prepaid card spending and settlement reports from card operators.
• Monitor FX conversion settlements and liaise with partner banks to resolve any settlement-related issues.
• Oversee third-party payment transactions, including manual monitoring and arranging refunds to clients where required.
• Handle settlement-related enquiries from internal stakeholders and external parties, including iFAST Capital, card operators, banks, trustees, and service providers.
