A Mining House based in the Free State is seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman (Shaft Operations) . Duties Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and corporate governance requirements Supervise and manage artisans and maintenance teams within shaft operations Oversee breakdown response, planned maintenance, and equipment availability Managing tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure necessary operational efficiency and output required in the incumbent’s area of responsibility are achieved Qualifications Grade 12 N3 Engineering Studies Trade Test (Fitter/ Boilermaker) Supervisory/ Foreman qualification Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Shaft Foreman / Mechanical Foreman in shaft operations Experience in a mechanised underground mining environment is essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
