Shaft Miner at Agnico Eagle

Be a key player in the Shaft Sinking Department at Agnico Eagle's Upper Beaver Gold project as a Shaft Miner. This on-site role emphasizes safety and skills in mining operations.
Reporting to the Shaft Supervisor, you will participate actively in mining and related construction activities. Your ability to communicate effectively and uphold safety standards will be essential. With a focus on teamwork, you will help achieve operational objectives while working in diverse conditions at the Upper Beaver site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow plans as directed by the shaft leader
• Operate vertical mucker and related equipment
• Inspect and maintain Galloway equipment deck
• Conduct concrete pouring and installation tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of shaft sinking experience required
• Strong ability to work within a team
• Excellent self-starting work ethic
