【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】

本ポジションは、製剤研究所包装＆デバイス研究室において、包装設計およびデバイス評価を通じて、製品品質、供給安定性、患者の利便性、ならびに環境面の持続可能性に貢献する役割を担います。チームリーダー等の指導・助言を受けながら、開発品および既上市品に関する包装・デバイスの設計、評価、工業化、技術移転、変更管理、安定生産支援を担い、専門性を活かしてプロジェクト推進に貢献します。

This position within Packaging & Device, part of Pharmaceutical Research & Technology Labs, contributes to product quality, supply stability, patient usability, and environmental sustainability through packaging design and device evaluation. Under the guidance of senior team members, this role supports project advancement by undertaking the design, evaluation, industrialization, technology transfer, change control, and support for stable production for both development-stage and commercially marketed products.

【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】

・開発品および既上市品に関する包装設計、包装仕様検討、包装材料評価、包装工程適性評価、輸送・保管時の品質リスク評価を計画・実施する。

・投与デバイス、容器・施栓系等について、製品特性および使用場面を踏まえた評価計画を立案し、機能性、信頼性、使用性、製造性、品質リスクの観点から評価を行う。
