SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Applications Specialist

BDO South Africa is seeking an Application Specialist to be responsible for the administration, support, and improvement of business applications, especially Microsoft SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will provide essential support, troubleshoot incidents, and engage with stakeholders to understand their application needs. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, at least 3-5 years of experience in application support, and preferably relevant Microsoft certifications. Strong problem-solving and technical skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach.
