Job Description :

Report to: Plant Manager  •EHS in plant: Implement fully all SHEAR standards within factory. •Training: Propose, execute and maintain continuous SHEAR training to relevant staff within factory and to maintain a proper training record. •Coaching/Audit: Carry out SHEAR audits from time to time and follow up with relevant parties to close gaps within an acceptable timeframe. •WCM: As WCM Safety & Environment pillar champion, to ensure that WCM targets are achieved. •Comply Govement requirement: Liaison with government agencies relevant to SHEAR. Job Requirement : •Job (EHS) engagement. •Key international standards: Loto/ working at height/ confined space entry/ hot work permit/ control contractors. •Trained: OSHA18001/ ISO14001. •Other EHS training will be preferred. •Skills: Practical activities/ results to show how to apply knowledge gained in to practices •Minimum qualification: College degree or Bachelor •Technical knowledge •Problem solvi...
