Sheet Metal Mold Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Mold Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of sheet metal stamping dies and bending fixtures. This role is responsible for ensuring tooling reliability, improving product quality, and driving process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and production performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet metal stamping die design, maintenance, or tooling engineering.

• Familiar with sheet metal products and tooling used in home appliance or similar manufacturing industries.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and technical documentation.

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal stamping, forming, and bending processes.

• Experienced in analyzing and resolving tooling-related issues such as burrs, deformation, springback, cracking, and dimensional deviations.
