Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor

BDS Recruitment are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Coordinator based in Oldham.

This role is 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP

Pay rate- £15.92ph PAYE- £20.39ph UMBRELLA

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for daily welfare checks to residents and sign posting information. There will also be, health and safety checks on the building and reporting any maintenance and repairs as required.

Duties include:

* Welfare checks on residents.

* Health and safety checks

* Signposting

* Organizing occasional activities

* Reporting any maintenance requirements.
