Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the sorting process for inbound and outbound shipments at the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement sorting strategies to enhance operational efficiency, minimize errors, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team leads to allocate resources effectively, adjust sorting priorities, and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for process improvements to drive continuous enhancement in the sorting operation.
- Train and mentor team members on sorting procedures, safety guidelines, and performance expectations, fostering a culture of productivity and safety.
