Job Description
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of Mechanical system including but not limited to: chiller cooling system, water pumps, cooling towers, AHU units, CRAH units, FCU units, water leak detection, fire alarm systems, VESDA, smoke detector (raised floor/ceiling), liquid cooling etc.
- Daily monitoring of Electrical system including but not limited to: HV/LV switch rooms, Transformers, UPS system, Generators, Power Distribution Units, etc.
- Ensure Data Hall colocation temperature and humidity are within range
- Response and attend to equipment alarm on site
- Troubleshoot abnormal incident / fault for Mechanical and Electrical equipment
- Escalate/update accordingly any severity event occurred according to the process and procedures
- Escorting and overseeing vendor to ensure PM activities and service repairs are carried out properly and compliance with all safety procedures as well as utilization of protective equipment...
