Benefits:
Successful Candidate will receive compensation of $18 to $22 per hour base wage (commensurate with prior experience) and will qualify for tip sharing.

YOUR ROLE AS A TAZIKI'S SHIFT LEADER:
- Serving guests and making meaningful connections with them
- Opening & closing tasks
- Being responsible for the restaurant and the team when a manager isn't on duty
- Setting the tone for the shift and giving clear, calm directions to your team about their duties
- Mastering menu and product knowledge
- Supporting or working stations when needed (including kitchen)
- Prepping food and doing side work
- Following proper cash handling and payment procedures
