Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Leader to help guide our team in delivering exceptional açaí bowls, coffee, and customer experiences. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations during your shift, support baristas/cashiers and kitchen staff, and ensure our shop runs smoothly, efficiently, and with great energy. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service, product quality, and teamwork. Being able to keep up with a fast paced environment is essential!
