Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but can accept fewer hours (minimum 12).

This role leads from the front with your colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast paced fulfilment environment where no day is the same.
• Take ownership of Delivery activities by running the daily operation, co‑ordinating the team to deliver a seamless home shopping delivery experience.
