Job Description
Shift Leader
Lead the shift so every guest gets fast, accurate, friendly service. Set goals, assign roles, coach in real time, and uphold Dunkin’ standards.
Responsibilities
- Position and deploy crew to meet demand.
- Train, coach, and recognize performance during the shift.
- Drive speed, accuracy, and problem resolution.
- Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and security.
- Monitor quality and marketing execution.
- Report equipment and performance issues to the GM/AM.
- Model exceptional guest service.
Qualifications
- English fluency; solid math and writing.
- QSR experience required; leadership preferred.
- Guest-focused, decisive, and calm under pressure.
- Builds accountable, high-energy teams.
- Reliable and punctual.
