The site brings together premium office space, flagship retail, and luxury residential living, all maintained to an exceptional standard. Youll be part of a dedicated, site-based engineering team within a technically advanced, business-critical environment. Working in a small shift team of one to two engineers, youll take responsibility for both the technical and operational delivery on shift, ensuring plant performance, compliance, and a consistently high level of service across the building.
