• Shift Supervisor
  You oversee kitchen and front-of-house operations, ensuring a fast, efficient and high-quality service from start to finish.
• Team Leader
  You coach, motivate and support your team, help new hires settle in and create a positive work environment — even under pressure.
• Guardian of Standards
  You ensure food quality, hygiene, safety and operational procedures are always respected.
• Scheduling & Organization
  You manage staff planning, balancing availability, legal requirements and business needs.
• Stock & Inventory Management
