  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Millwright to join their team in the steel industry. The Shift Millwright is responsible to provide maintenance support to Production, Electrical/C&I and maintenance teams in the relevant areas. The Shift Millwright is the first line of defense. Breakdowns and inspections are performed on a 24-hrs basis to ensure maximum plant availability and efficiency.
  Responsibilities: 
 Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment including conveyors, pumps, motors, and production machinery
 Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency
 Install new equipment and machinery as needed
 Fabricate and weld metal components as required
 Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
