Join Our Team as a Line Shift Lead! Are you ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Line Shift Lead with a technical background to lead a high-performing production team in Auckland’s fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
This is a permanent full‑time role operating on a stable 2‑2‑3 night‑shift roster. You’ll lead 12.25‑hour shifts from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM, working at least 42.88 hours per week.
As a Line Shift Lead for Night Shift, you’ll play a key role in daily operations and champion Integrated Work System (IWS) initiatives. Reporting directly to the Line Lead, you’ll get hands‑on experience and the chance to make a real impact.
